- 1 package frozen chopped spinach 10 oz, thawed and drained
- 1 container sour cream 16 oz, sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix 1.4 oz
- 1 can water chestnuts 8 oz, drained and chopped
- 3 tbsp green onions chopped
In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise.
Stir in the Knorr vegetable mix until well blended.
Add the thawed and drained spinach, chopped water chestnuts, and green onions. Mix thoroughly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve chilled with crackers, bread, or fresh vegetables.
