Ingredients
  

  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach 10 oz, thawed and drained
  • 1 container sour cream 16 oz, sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix 1.4 oz
  • 1 can water chestnuts 8 oz, drained and chopped
  • 3 tbsp green onions chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise.
  • Stir in the Knorr vegetable mix until well blended.
  • Add the thawed and drained spinach, chopped water chestnuts, and green onions. Mix thoroughly.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve chilled with crackers, bread, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

- For best results, squeeze excess moisture out of the spinach before mixing.
- Serve in a hollowed-out bread bowl for a classic presentation.
- Can be made a day ahead for enhanced flavor.
